I have been experiencing a deep shift and was struggling with processing it alone.. Heidi and I had a session by distance. Heidi dropped me into my body powerfully guiding me to tune in and feel the trapped emotion…

We located 4 places where there was heavy tension and energy located… one by one I was guided to feel it, see it, name it and then pull it out… as a practitioner myself I was pulling it out as Heidi guided and assisted also with Reiki… My jaw shoulders and arms felt the release and relaxed more than they’ve felt in a very long time! I am so grateful thank you Heidi, I could not have shifted this as powerfully by myself! I completely recommend Heidi’s sessions to all!

Heidi is such a beautiful divine soul and spritual teacher. I attended her Reconnect event on the Gold Coast. It was a beautiful cosy space. I enjoyed being in a calming space with a lovely tribe. Heidi has a unique teaching style and approach. She is so warm, nurturing and friendly. I enjoyed partipating in the discussion and listening. The icing on the cake was the beautiful relaxing Reiki infused meditation where I saw colours and visions. 😊🙏💝I look forward to attending more events and having 1 on 1 coaching and Reiki session.
