Meet Heidi

Hello and welcome. I’m Heidi, founder of Mindsconnect.

My passion is helping people come home to themselves.

Like many people, I’ve experienced times in life where I felt disconnected, overwhelmed, uncertain, or searching for something more. Through my own journey of healing, personal growth and self-discovery, I came to understand that true transformation begins when we slow down, listen to ourselves and create space for healing to occur.

Today, I have the privilege of supporting others to do the same.

I believe that every person already holds the wisdom, strength and capacity for healing within them. Sometimes we simply need a safe space, compassionate support and the right guidance to reconnect with who we truly are beneath the stress, expectations and challenges of everyday life.

Whether you’re seeking greater peace, clarity, confidence, emotional healing, relief from physical tension, or support navigating life’s next chapter, my intention is always the same:

To meet you where you are and support you in moving towards where you want to be.

My approach is gentle, intuitive and deeply personalised. No two people are the same, which is why every session is tailored to your unique needs. Drawing on a range of healing, coaching and transformational techniques, I create a space where you can relax, reconnect and experience meaningful change from the inside out.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me dancing, singing, playing the piano, spending time in nature, or simply appreciating the beauty and joy that life has to offer.

I believe life is meant to be lived fully. Not from a place of pressure or perfection, but from a place of connection, authenticity and inner peace.
